[Obi-devel] Assigning IDs with the new build tool

Hi everyone,

I added code to the new build tool for assigning IDs. It works like Jie's previous code, using a counter and looking for the first unused ID in OBI's ID space. OBI developers who are comfortable with command-line tools should be able to run it themselves -- after making changes in Protégé and just before committing to SVN. (Making a backup of your obi.owl first is highly recommended!)

I checked the results with OWL Patch, but I'd appreciate further review and testing. See the code and README here:
