core terms: objective specification

objective specification is also a core terms for the Plan and Planned
Process branch however they have not done it yet but note that it
includes the concretization and realization relationships.

objective specification is a an information entity about a realizable
and is about some realizable entity.
it is defined as a non realizable information entity which can serve
as that proper part of a plan towards which the realization of the
plan is directed. 11-28-2008

This looks like it is in the right place. As to the definition, seems
a little unclear as to "that proper part of a plan."
Could we clarify the definition to say:
An objective specification is an information entity which can serve as
the aim or purpose towards which the realization of the plan is
directed.
