Extension for final submissions on Cloud code structure

Hi All

There has been a large number of requests for extensions to the deadline for submissions on the draft code document.   Because of the number we have now extended the deadline to midday on Wednesday 1st February.

I hope this helps those of you who are still to make your submissions!
