Patrick you are a bit behind the times. Clark has done a runner.

Meanwhile . No one is imprisoned for sedition. The dawn raids on

That's hilarious, a poll is an indicator of performance in dealing with
a recession.
Some examples of the Shambles that is John Don Key's Government.
(1) MPs Travel

Ministers 'entitled' to dip into tax purse

That Paddy is the way the law stands. Given his past attitude Hide is
on shaky moral ground but what he is doing is perfectly legal.
Some examples of the Shambles that is John Don Key's Government.
(2) Ministers Housing Alloweances
Patrick
National put through regulation changes one week after the election,
and one week after the budget (nicely timed to slip under any media
scrutiny), both of which appear to have been designed to specifically
benefit Bill (Double Dipton) English.
Since they were caught with their snouts in the trough, there have
been further changes.
So no, not exactly as they were in the last Labour Government.
The Labour-led government was however guilty of not adequately
policing the previous system - Double Dipton has lived in Wellington
through all of those 9 years but claimed he was living in Dipton all
that time. Do you agree that, if he was to be seen to be acting
ethically, Bill English should pay back the amount he wrongly claimed
from before the election?
Some examples of the Shambles that is John Don Key's Government.
(3) ACC
Patrick
Patrick you are wrong.
ACC is a cot case because of labours inability to control spending.
How many years did you say you have had off work with a bad back? Was
it thirty?
Missing an apostrophe and a spelling error. A poor effort from one who
criticises others, Patty.
How is ACC a cot case, liberty?

ACC takes in more money to that easily cover outgoings!
We in the middle of global economic collapse, of course the
maths doesn't add up.
Labour, sure help create the crisis, their Labour finance
Minister was there at the start, Douglas was his name!
We need Regime change, from the revolutionaries of National
who want to massively add in cost for all the revolutionary
changes they have in store, to a party that can evolve us
through the crisis.
I thought Hide cared about costs, seems not, he's more interest
in readying Auckand for sell off, rather than realizing the
costs of burning down Auckland local government. Transition
should have been a evolutionary process, not a revolutionary one.
We do not need stupid ideologues in power right now! Especially
ones whose solution are know to be failures, and were designed
when there the cheap creepy credit was flowing too easily.
The game has changed! Yet the National party cannot see it.
The dozy pricks have never had to be stressed their whole
lives so they are totally deluded about the situation.
Its going to cost us. Man is it.

When did you stop shoplifting, "liberty"?
Remember that a question is not a lie . . .
Of course he wil be - he approved the travel after all - as well as
the travel by the partners of Peter Dunne, David Carter, Phil Heatly
Was anyone sily enough to really believe that he meant it when he
said: Ive told them if they want to take their partner, they can do
it, but they pay for it.
What he really meant was "If they really want to take their partner,
there is another taxpayer fund that they are able to use"
Its legal, therefore it is OK.
The other way of looking at it is that John Key is opnly there to say
what he is told to say - with of course a nice smile. His real problem
is that he is getting appalling direction, and has no control over his
Ministers.
He would only have to approve the travel by Hide himself. As Hide's
partner traveled under the 90% perk it had nothing what so ever to do
with Key and indeed Key has no authority to prevent Hide or any MP
from using the perks that their employment conditions specifically
allow..
But don't let a few facts stop you from continuing to post lies,
Richbot. People can see right through you nowdays so the only harm you
are doing is to the Labour Party itself.

You are agreeing with what I was saying. Given the publicity regarding
perks for long serving MPs, he should have known that when he said
they should pay for spouses themselves, he needed to either have some
moral authority over his Mionisters, or change teh law. He has no
moral authority - like you he believes that if its legal its OK. In
fact he aided and abetted the ministers (including 'per-buster" Hyde!
in dipping their snouts depper in the trough after he made his
announcement. Apparently the travel was referred to him and he
approved.
So do you thin he is a competent by lying politician - giving a
statement about stopping the perk that he knew would not happen - or
is he just a mindless puppet with no moral fibre himself and no
authority over Cabinet (and probably poorly advised as well). Your

You are ignorant of the goals of government for the people,
by the people and of the people. Its the government duty to
maximize the liberty, justice and happiness for all people.
Inevitably someone will steal off with your stuff! It
happens all the time nowadays where a gang has cased your
movements and one day a truck pulls up when your out.
But the absurdity of the present state of government regulation
means that any financier can take your property, your earning
potential, your future buying habits, corporatize the information,
package in a company, sell into the market, borrow off the estimated
value, leverage the pot, buy yet more pseudo asset classes, insurance,
derivatives, hedge trusts, and when finally the markets realize
that not one finger was lifted in effort, not one economic decision
caused any positive effect made, then the market collapses. The bill
then arrives on YOUR mat telling you've just paid up out of
savings into your now defaulted financial company hoarding your
retirement fund, your government halves your kiwisaver pot,
your government stops your super scheme from buying at the bottom
of the market! Then why heavens forbid would you want to get a
real job when the financial jobs are so lucrative and you'll be
a patsy for some sociopathic rich prick party.
> So the State screws the life blood out of the so called rich.

One things clear, that the rich getting richer has unbalanced
the markets and will continue until both the wealth (the calls
on future value) and the mechanisms of wealth accumulation are
brought back into line with financial efficiency.

Spoken like the true ideologue, vacated of proof you even know
what capitalism is, lacking in any reference points on how
weak socialism is anything more than a measure for capitalist
government to gauge general health of the economy (i.e.
income inequality is a statistical measure based around the
need to maximize the efficiency of markets by providing the
greatest access to capitalism to the most people!).
But no you rant on like a hard line commie, pounding the
idealism and wondering why everyone has turned off.

Typical red communist, just wants to talk about how their
flawed take on the economy must mean they are right and everyone
else is a class enemy. I repeat how is a economic measure
of income inequality socialists when it indicated the
inefficient running of the capitalist market. Every time
in history when income inequality has been this high
markets have crashed! Why? because capitalism is a
communication of economic actors and a restriction on
capitalistic interaction from the roots up causes
capitalism to be structurally unbalanced. Topples over.
Only your true red communism would want that, your
hero Marx pointed out that the excesses of capitalism
if not dealt with would led to a market collapse and
this would be the time for the 'true' reds to take over
the system. Well they are, and they are doing so not
from weakness of poverty and mass mobilization, but
from power and being the wealthiest.
Capitalism is stronger than Communism, it will out,
and we can either as a nation get ahead of the game
and legislate in Tobin taxes and other tax fairness
or we can follow the eventual and inevitable led of
others.

Look I would be the first to buy up a company, run
up borrowing, sell off assets, pay large bonuses to
my mates and dump the workers, if that what the market
tells me it wants. That is what the markets have been
saying the last thirty years and its been done, all done,
every single last nook and cranny done, its over. The
market is now indicating we enter a new phase, where
a different type of capitalist needs to be hired, one
that restrains their greed for the longer term prospect
of wealth.
