I am having trouble with two sites. One I have given up on completely, the
other I need to use regularly.
www.stuff.co.nz is near on impossible for me to connect to (to the point
that its the one I have given up on, no real loss)
www.waikato.ac.nz (and various subdomains) is the site/domain I _need_ to
use regularly.
In particular classforum.waikato.ac.nz
I have run mtr/traceroute to the dn and have ping times that are extremely
respectable. However I aimed firefox at the site when I began writing this
post and am still waiting for the webpage to come up (also since I began
the last sentence 100 packets have been sent by mtr with no issues in their
return)
.. er make that 141 packets (and counting)

So.. where could the problem lie (If I wifi into the campus the site is
snappy, but that means driving up to the campus. Although it discounts my
laptop/OS/browser)
