Meeting reminder

This in from CNYIRA:

We will be having our annual membership meeting where we re-elect Presidents and elect or re-elect club officers based on willingness and agreeability.

CNYIRA does reserve the right to elect anyone who doesn’t show up to defend themselves. It is in the by-laws somewhere.

When:

Sunday, November 22

Food starting at 5:00 (ordering from menu).

Meeting starting at 6:00

Lubrication in between, during, and afterward.

Where:              http://www.firesideinnbville.com/

Fireside Inn, Rt 370 in Baldwinsville

This is also a good time to sign up to be a member just in case there are any dues increases voted in, you will be grandfathered in if you sign up and pay before the vote.

The membership application is attached.

Number 1, we will race if we have ice

But that being said we have problems with snow mobile traffic again, which we wish avoid, thus Oneida lake not top on the list for places to go if we can find ice anywhere else.

Also talked about at the meeting were possible winter euro-rallycross event[s] if we had insufficient ice to race on this year.
