So it turns out that im taking a microcontrolers class in school where we're supposed to be using arduino.  Lo and behold i have a sanguino that i got at last years HOPE and i wasnt able to get it working on my own.  I spoke and hung out with openfly and we had the same board and at the time were unable to get them working.

so id like to try and get this board working so that i can start working on my project without having to spend the money for a new board, its based off the ATMEGA644 chip.

any help in getting this working would be greatly appreciated :D

- sanguino(based on ATmega644) is not the same thing as a megaduino
(ATmega1280)
- you really need to provide more details about what exactly you're
doing and what doesn't work...

actually the megarduino was the early name for the sanguino and you most likely got the board from me at hope.  i changed the name after chatting with the arduino guys and hearing that they had the arduino mega in the works.

anyway, the board should work just fine except i believe that all the pins label silkscreens are off by one (do they start at 1?)

i'll try to dig up the eagle files i used for that prototype.

oh yeah and the power connector was on backwards.  only important if you want to power it externally.

if you'd like a replacement sanguino kit, hit me up offlist.  better than bashing your head against an old buggy board for days.
