Please, some one in Toronto can program a Raspberry PI? and how much will cost.

Hi friends.

I am having an emergency and, I was wondering if some one in Toronto can program a Raspberry Pi for me. I need to be able to 

trigger couple of videos using a capacitive sensor.
Do you have some one in mind? 
An I need to know how much you will charge me as well.
