Okay, after about 6h of operation, my cnc roller system failed. Anybody care to hazard a guess at what engineering mistake I made?



I'll put up the pictures of the fail shortly....

I don't know where it failed, but guessing maybe something with the
cardboard tube, maybe "walking"? What, if instead of the tube, you
just had a lot more of the disks, like you have in the tube, holding
the material down?

Maybe they're not square enough?

Yes, it's the tube that failed. Cardboard... duh...

I will either add a piece of pipe or more disks as you suggest.
