Ebay for sure.  BT refers to the taper that holds the tool. You should try to get as much info as possible before selling it.  What size is the taper (probably 30 or 40)? Looks like it has a pneumatic draw bar.  Try to get the details on that.  What RPM is it rated for? Head over to cnczone.com to try and get some details.  PM me if you want some help.
