I think replacing the socket is not an option for you. it could be expensive and a no-guaranties job. The best you can do, work with a super tiny and strong, jewelery pliers;
stg like this;http://www.amazon.com/Xuron-Jewelers-Super-Pliers-Chain/dp/B000VGCBWI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1333381820&sr=8-1

and do it yourself. you have to use a magnifier. and make sure the height of the pins must be similar if not equal to the others. there are springs underneath those pins, so you still have a chance to succeed. I can give it a try if you want me to, just pay the two-way shipping+tools, I'll do it for fun. (I'm in NYC)

    Greetings!

    I have a recently purchased SuperMicro motherboard, the H8SGL-F-O, which
    refused to POST or show any video when I turned the completed system on.
    I sent it back to the seller, Newegg.com, as an RMA. They inspected the
    board and emailed me to say the processor contact pins on the processor
    socket are "bent beyond repair." They cancelled the RMA and returned the
    board to me.

    Accepting that the socket pins are bent, is this a repairable item? This
    board is a socket G34 for AMD Opteron 6100/6200 series processors. I
    have opened a support case with Supermicro to see if they can repair the
    board. I am wondering if anyone on this list has an opinion about
    whether it can be repaired. If it can be, what price would you want to
    attempt the repair for me? Please contact me offlist if interested.

    Thanks
