Suggestoins for tutorials on hooking up Android phones to Arduino

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to hook up Android phones to Arduino boards, preferably via bluetooth.

I've tried  a few approaches - but can't seem to find good ones (especially ones that use my operating system - Ubuntu)

Any help would be appreciated.
