hi all,

i'm looking to hire someone to design/build a controller that drives LEDs at twice the AC frequency with a duty cycle of 50%. the flashing should be synched to the AC current so that multiple units can be in synch with each other. the form factor would ideally match that of a standard fluorescent ballast.

my deadline is the start of May, 2012.

anybody in NYC able/interested/available?
