square feet with hardwood floors, 18-foot ceilings, south-facing windows, a
skylight and a basketball hoop. There's one large bathroom, a newly
remodeled kitchen, washer/dryer and no adjacent neighbors. Your room, which
can be used for live/work or both, has a south-facing window, ample
storage/work space and separate phone/fax line.
It's available Oct. 1 and costs $850 a month for live-only, $650 for
work-only and $1250 for work/live, plus utilities. Move in costs are first
and last months' rent plus security. Sorry, no dogs and no cigarettes.
