•Scoping and Defining new business process opportunities

•Process Mapping

•User Task Analysis

•Documentation Analysis

•Business Process Analysis

Qualifications

•MBA or Masters in related field preferred

•Minimum of eight (8) years experience with business analysis including Business Process Redesign experience required

•Experienced in the analysis and design of Workflows and organizational processes requiredd

•Reverse Engineering experience required

•External Environment Analysis including, political, economic, technological, legal, etc. required

•Experience with Not-for-Profits, Insurance, and/or health Care Organizations a plus

•COBIT and/or ITIL Experience preferred

•Excellent analytical skills with ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
