Description: As the Risk / Operations Manager you will:

- Develop, implement and execute formal risk identification and reporting structure
- Work with the various teams to review current processes and controls with the goal of developing an on-going self assessment strategy for listed options and futures operational support
- Lead, drive and contribute on various projects in relation to operational risk and on management reporting
- Develop and analyze consolidated business management data and reviewing with senior management
- Develop and implement self monitoring risk assessment framework
- Perform periodic audits to identify control weaknesses and develop action plan to remediate
- Enhance current risk and business management reporting
- Ensure issues are escalated and brought to closure
- Coordinate with technology group to ensure business objectives are met and technology delivered, where appropriate
- Ensure appropriate level of participation and coordination with listed derivative operations, SOX404 and operations risk teams
- Assist in listed derivative operation business plan, budget development and expense review


Required Skills:
- 6-15 years of related operational risk exp
- Exceptional Excel skills
