Description: As the Recruiter you will:

- Handle full life-cycle recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
- Counsel managers on candidate selection
- Manage job postings on external web sites
- Source candidates through various mechanisms (direct, internet, referrals, research, relationships, agencies, etc.)
- Manage sources used to generate candidate pipeline with little supervision
- Develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management, candidates and external recruiting sources
- Coordination of all campus recruiting and job fairs (10-15% travel required)
- Oversee summer internship program
- Provide front-line support to department managers in development of accurate job descriptions, qualifications, required skills and salary ranges
- Communicate openings to employees to generate referrals/leads
- Seek out to source, screen and evaluate top talent candidates at all levels
- Follow up on open issues and employee referrals
- Negotiate compensation
- Ensure information is properly maintained
- Support immigration process
- Complete background and reference checks on all candidates prior to hire
- Maintain and present staffing status reports on a weekly basis
- Create reports, presentations and work on ad hoc projects, as requested
- Manage recruiting assistant


Required Skills:
- 2-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Strong Excel and Peoplesoft skills
- Bachelors degree
