Description: Virtualization Architect / Engineer
My client has a full time opening for a Virtualization Architect / Engineer. In this role you will evaluate and test new virtualization platforms, develop tools to help automate platforms, work with vendors to define virtualization strategy etc.
You should have strong experienice with VMWare, VCP and overall virtualization technology, cloud computing and networking.
Must have experience in a large enterprise environment and be well versed with ESX 2.x, 3.x, 4.x, 5.x deployment and hardening, ESX performance tuning, analysis, and troubleshooting skills, vCenter 4.x & 5.x, VMotion 1Gb & 10Gb, HA and DR solutions, networking security, firewalls, WANs, LANs, TCP/IP stack, storage experience etc.
Experience with scripting languages is a plus.
