Description:   Duties                                    Provide daily oversight for clinical service vendors with the primary focus on the Gilenya Assessment Network                   Design and implement continual service improvement initiatives to assist providers in helping patients                          Establish and maintain service level agreements and performance objectives                      Collaborate with clinical service vendors to put metrics and reporting processes in place                       Manage integration and problem resolution between NVS Medical and clinical service providers                    Identify priority areas of performance improvement and service enhancement                      Oversee service providers implementation of performance improvement initiatives                         Conduct analysis of performance metrics and impact on brand growth                      Provide routine updates to Brand and Medical Leadership                                                Skills                                   Program management in pharmaceutical, clinical services or related healthcare field                     Program development experience in medical services or patient services and reimbursement                        Experience establishing and managing performance metrics and operational management                     Strong analytic, communication, six sigma, CQ1, customer service, program development and PC skills: Microsoft  Office (Excel, PPT & Project),                      Experience: 5 -10 years
