Software Engineer / Quality Assurance Engineer - Internship / Entry
Level Opportunities

Position Description Looking to hire Associate Software Quality
Assurance Engineers to work 24+ hours a week. These are entry-level,
part-time professional positions for matriculated full-time and part-
time students and/or recent graduates with interest in software
development, quality assurance, structured programming, or product
testing practices. Applicants will make significant contributions to
the quality of the software delivered by the software product
development organization. The applicant will take technical direction
from the Senior Director of Software Quality Assurance and the Senior.
Functional Test Manager to play an active role in ensuring that the
software components meet the highest quality standards.

Focus and major areas of accountability: Work with cross-functional
teams to implement methods of testing enterprise software products for
International. Responsible for implementing of test plans, cases and
scenarios for testing applications and software components. The
ability to execute high quality results-driven product testing
(acceptance, regression, functionality) of software products is
required. Knowledge of software development, quality assurance,
structured programming, and product testing practices is desired.

Position Requirements:

* Students and or recent graduates who are attending (or attended)
undergraduate or graduate studies in Computer Sciences, Information
Systems or other technology related studies located in San Diego,
California. Career interest in software development, quality
assurance, structured programming, or product testing practices. *
Technical training or experience with Windows and PC Configuration,
installation, testing or troubleshooting. * Co-op or work experience
executing acceptance test procedures and troubleshooting issues in a
mainstream development environment is helpful, but not required. *
Must be willing to work part-time 30+ hours a week with flexibility to
student workload schedules, breaks and commitments. * Must be able to
commit 6-9 months working relationship * Ability to multi-task, work
independently and in a team environment, focus on client satisfaction,
and exhibit continuous improvement behaviors. * Must be currently
located in the area.
