Job Title: PeopleSoft Defect Resolution - BE118

Description: This resource will be a part of the VZW Dedicated Operations Team. This resource will primarily be responsible for production defect tracking for the PeopleSoft HRMS v8.9 and PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management v8.81 systems. The resource will need to communicate production issues clearly with upper management and respond in a timely manner. This resource should have functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HR, Base Benefits, Self Service, Talent Acquisition Manager, Time and Labor, and Learning modules. This resource is expected to be available for 24x7 support during that week. This resource should have strong technical knowledge and experience using PeopleTools 8.49 including Peoplecode, Application Messaging, Application Engine, and SQR. Usually requires a 4 year degree and 4-6 years relevant experience, or equivalent.
