New York City. But make no mistake about it, when it no longer threatens his
political aspirations to do so, he will push such rich-to-richer
pro-landlord measures as a rent surcharge for increased fuel costs, high
percentage lease renewal increases with minimum increases, etc. Bloomberg is
a billionaire Republican - one of those that let the CEOs and stock-fixers
rape investors and homeowners. Keep him in office, and the landlords are
waiting for their turn - which he will gladly give them!

To make himself LOOK LIKE "a man of the people," he occasionally rides the
subway - and he makes sure "the people" know all about it. But you can be
sure he carries a gun, or has undercover bodyguards with him.
