Giant Christmas Bazaar and Lottery Drawing!
The Ukrainian Museum greets the Holiday Season with a GIANT
CHRISTMAS BAZAAR,
a long-time tradition at the Museum, to be held on
Sunday, December 12, 1999
between the hours of 11 AM and 5 PM.
The GIANT CHRISTMAS BAZAAR is a great source for unique and
beautiful Christmas tree ornaments - many handmade. There are also
a
great variety of Christmas Cards.
The GIANT CHRISTMAS BAZAAR is a great source for gift ideas:
· traditional Ukrainian embroidered and woven textiles
· inlaid, wood carved boxes
· ceramics, paintings, drawings, woodcuts by Ukrainian American
artists
· Museum exhibition catalogues
· art books, children's books
· jewelry - handmade and imported from Ukraine
The GIANT CHRISTMAS BAZAAR is a great source for home-baked
traditional Ukrainian Christmas breads - makivnyk (poppy seed
bread) and
medivnyk (honey bread), as well as an array of home-baked holiday
cakes
and cookies.

Ukrainian Christmas Bazaar
The UNWLA Branch # 30 of Yonkers New York invites everyone to
attend a Ukrainian Christmas Bazaar to be held in the church hall
of Saint
Michael's Ukrainian Catholic Church in Yonkers New York. The
Christmas Bazaar will showcase the works of Slava Gerulak,Marusia
Bokalo, Mykuta Imports, Yaryna Ferencewycz, and Halyna Slaboduch.
You will also be able to purchase that ideal Ukrainian gift for
Christmas,
weddings, anniversaries, and birthdays. The hours are from 9AM
till 1PM
and the church is located at the corner of Shonnard and North
Broadway.
