Description:
Responsibilities:

- Analysis and review of legal and management books and records
- Review and implementation of partnership agreements as it relates to fund operations and carry schemes
- Review IRR calculations for portfolio investments
- Review Investment Team valuations in accordance with documented valuation policies and procedures
- Monthly closings including the calculations of net asset values of partnerships and communication with firms corporate accounting and investor/ partners
- Preparation and review of audited financial statements of the legal entities & fund
- Preparation and review of K-1s to partners including filing of partnerships 1065 tax returns
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and information to the management, investors and  limited partners

 

Required Skills:
7-12 years of partnership accounting experience
