Subject: The grieving process
Since my divorce in 2005 A.D.

Having to go through the financial ruin as its been

One thing remained(s) as of this date 2008 A.D.

My one personal mode of telecommunication, my mobile phone, with my
sons and daughter, refuses to allow me to detach from my married name,
per the final divorce decree.

Of course the $300000 credit was in the (his) married name.

it has been whipping me daily

either do that or pay $200 precious dollars to cancel the account

what's the agenda after losing e v e r y t h i n g but my college
books, some clothing, and the very suitcases the clothing was carried
in by me after the $160 to ship the books via UPS ground back to my
birth State of New York.  My mom doesn't live here anymore so I'm
starting from scratch.

Save my personal resume, background, and the very memories I
established with friends.

I have been wishing people happy who do not wish me happy at the
moment I say it to them.

I have been effectively managing my modest budget paying child support
and paying matters unresolved by the subsequent BK.  $800 is not half
of $3000.  Paying off Visa cards has absolutely different leverage
spending power than paying off a Sears card.  Over $2,000 cash- back
on a refinance where none was shared, after only the one threatening
BK or sign while seeing a top career.

Do you understand?

Divorce attorney?  $500 retainer.  Thereafter $115 per hour or so
