Want to gamble with a better chance of winning (though not a good one), and
actually play the game?
Play at casinos.
In the long run you'll lose both ways, but at a casino you get to actually
play, and the government doesn't get to rob you. The mob does. Given the
choice, better that the mob gets the money, as they make no pretense of
taxing or robbing you for "your own good."
Actually, is there much difference between the mob and the government?
At least the mob doesn't make you file and pay taxes -
