I'm getting rid of my old Jetta, and I am selling the stereo
system that was in it. Here's a brief description:

- Kenwood KRC2000: am/fm cassette receiver. autoreverse tape with
non-dolby NR. No idea as to power and so forth.
It powers the front speakers, the rears are preamp out via an 8pin
DIN plug - see amp below.
It's not a DIN size unit but the shaft type. I think I still have
the trinkets that let you put it in a DIN slot.
It's old, but it was working fine with one exception: the volume/
fader control needs to be fixed or replaced, it's about $30.

- Kenwood KAC501: 15wpc, 2 channel amp. Input via 8pin DIN plug.
Kenwood told me there is an adaptor plug you can use to change it
to RCAs, I have no idea what this costs. Good condition.

- Pioneer TSM4: also known as 'tune-up' speakers. These mount on
your dash with double sided tape and have volume controls on each
speaker. They are ideal for front tweeters where you have no means
of mounting them inside the dash. 10wpc nominal, 30wpc music.
Good condition.

The above system, paired with Boston Acoustics plate speakers
(keeping those) never ceased to amaze me.

I have no idea what this stuff is worth, I figured I'd toss
it out here to see if there was any interest. I know what
new equipment costs though, so spare me the 'I'll pay $5, you
pay shipping' deals...

I imagine this would be of greatest interest to people with
existing Kenwood equipment with the DIN plugs...
