Blutooth not working under windows, worked exactly once, and hasn't since.

Like it said in the title. I'm using an unofficial compile of the pybluez module (this one works with windows python 2.7), python 2.7.4, and the latest version of nxt-python. It worked once, but I haven't been able to reproduce it. Any advice?
