Barn/Farm needed for film shoot

We're scouting locations for an indie short film based out of Seattle,
scheduled for shooting in late July/early August, and we are in need
of a farm where we could film a bit of the rural outdoors, such as
worn/weathered farm implements, and in particular, an old, dilapidated
barn.
As I mentioned, this is an indie short, so our budget is minimal.
Any assistance will be appreciated.
