ACTORS NEEDED
Geoffrey Franklin: A 37 year old, uniquely handsome public radio producer
at KXNL public radio in Seattle. He can quote and disseminate countless
authors, philosophies, and theories. It is considered common knowledge
what a genius Geoff is and that he’s destined for greatness. Geoff above
all else is likable, and admired:, even by those who don’t appreciated his
no-holds-barred verbal and mental gymnatics. Geoff is jocular, gregarious,
freethinking, and quirky, with a primal sexual appeal.

Sara Franklin: A 39 year old feminist/housewife with two graduate degrees.
She has an earthy beauty-of-the-Madonna that mirrors her inner self. She
can reconcile her feminist nature with her desire to be a housewife to her
husband Geoff. Her physical passion for Geoff even after 11 years of
marriage combined with her belief in the power of his intellect causes her
to indulge his idiosyncrasies.

Robert Langworthy ( aka HOMELESS-BOB): Mid 50s to 60s represents. His life
tragedy and mental break with reality may make him the only person suited
to help guide Geoff though a difficult day.

Barry Wilson: Mid-to-late 40s, Radio News Personality, Competent in his
ability but just barely. He is Mr. Personality, and handsome in that “news
anchor” way. Everyone love Barry and he's considered a cornerstone in the
stations success. Berry and Geoff gravitated almost instantly Geoff first
began working at the station a decade earlier. Berry recognized something
special about Geoff.

May Lee: Early to late 20's, African-American, is Geoff's Associate
Producer. She's ambitious, and competent, and has the ability to focus
Geoff's wild behavior, often acting as an extension of Sara as
mother/disciplinarian when he gets too far out of line.

Reverend Perry Hanson: Late 30’s early 40’s, A gay minister of African
decent, Perry daily negotiates a maze of reactions to his being. The
challenges he faces and the love of his partner Marc and friends like Sara
and Geoff strengthen his appreciation in the power beyond human
comprehension. Wise beyond his years, he draws his spiritual substance
from everywhere; theology, philosophy, economics, politics, nature,
cosmology, mathematics, sports, etc.

Marcus Donovan: Mid 30s, a carpenter by trade. His life to this point has
been an amazing often-rocky journey but he has found true contentment in
with Perry. Handsome, strong and silent Marc is often the object of
Geoff’s playfully teasing. But Marc is smarter and than Geoff realizes.

Dr Elizabeth Gray-Brown
Female, Mid 40s, and above, is a college professor, she is centered,
confident, and exude a poise and wisdom.

Roberta Lawrence, Esq (aka BOBBIE-ESQ): Late 20s A beautiful, empowered,
successful lawyer, multifaceted. Men fall over themselves to date her but
her strength always scares them away.

Allison Wilson (aka ALLIE): Mid-to-late 40s, Berry's wife whose family is
a wealthy and part of the social elite. Though, Allie, is conservative in
her beliefs, she genuinely loves Sara and likes Geoff because his efforts
boost Barry’s career, and thereby her social standing as well. Allie
endures Geoff and Geoff is to ambivalent about her to expend enough energy
to piss her off.

Robert Tarkington (aka CAFE-BOB): Mid-40s a rigid conservative, he is too
busy maintaining his place in society and financial security (“his” way of
life), to actually live life.
