Silent Horror Film Festival, hosted by The Living Room

You are invited
The Living Room invites you to our Silent Horror Film Festival,
during our One Year Anniversary Week, October 28 - October 30, 2010.
Usually you are supposed have cake and ice cream, but we just aren’t
wired that way.

The Lowdown
We have chosen three subjects for artists to submit on: Zombie,
Vampire, and Side Show. We are looking to showcase local films that
are 3 to 5 minutes long. The festival spans three days, show times are
between the hours of 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. each night.

The Deadlines
October 1, 2010 is the final deadline to submit your 30 second trailer
to the Silent Horror Film Festival hosted by The Living Room. Finalist
will be notified October 11, 2010.

Filmed on Location
We have a great adoration for the limitless canvas that is our Emerald
City, and we want the films in the Silent Horror Film Festival to
feature the unique nature of various Seattle neighborhoods. So
basically, pick a neighborhood and go for it! We’d love to see what
you come up with.

Rated “E” for Everybody (Everybody over 21, that is...)
We are all grown-ups, and we all have our tolerance set at different
levels. We prefer no nudity, but we can handle some if you really just
have to go there. Also on our list of “No No No’s” are the following:
abuse of live animals and/ or the kids. I mean, come on.

Verbal profanity within your absolutely Silent Horror Film Festival
feature is not our worry, for obvious reasons. If your film is not
silent, and a screening of it with the volume turned all the way down
is col with you, then bring it!
