It is a very serious shot that sets the tone for the rest of the film
showing that this film will give no quarters in regards to what it
will show. Most of the violence and degradation of this movie is
implied but this shot will give the audience the willies if done well.
Here is what we are looking for. Anyone who is confident enough to
stand around in their underwear, men and woman, but you will be
wearing a mask. Also the setting is an underground murderer's party
for member's only. Each member is wearing a mask to hide their face
and is holding a knife in anticipation of dismembering their
collective victim who is tied to a bed.
Masks, knives, and your skivvies are pretty much up to you unless you,
I think that it gives each person a chance to bring a little extra to
their role. I will be bringing extra masks and knives for some
specific reasons that pertain to later scenes in the film but everyone
should have something creative and fun to bring.
The shot will be in early February and in Smokey Point, Washington at
an abandoned building. I would like confirmation that you want to be
a part of the shot before sending you the details but you can see the
production site here ( ridwanmovie.webs.com ) where the script is also
posted. This shot is the first two scenes of the film.
Out of this shot we will be choosing the person who moves on to the
next scene who is then beheaded by the movies main anti-hero. When
it was written this character was a man but I am not opposed to this
character being a woman so if you think you can creep out an audience
to the point of making them squirm, you have what it takes in our
opinion.
Please send us a head shot and your resume to ridwa...@gmail.com
No experience in film is required. This entire production is
volunteer and the finished product will be submitted to every single
festival that we can get it into. I also post each finished scene to
youtube prior to the end of the film so that the actors are able to
use it in their reels if they wish before the movie is finished.
We are having a lot of fun with this film and hope to bring on some
creative, fun people to make this production a great experience from
start to finish. We look forward to hearing from you.
