Hello,
My problem is as follows:
I cannot resist following any kind of diet... The only way I can loose
weight is by eating _very_ little. Yet still, by eating very little
(only a few bites of food per day) I heard that I can easily damage my
stomach.
So, what should I do in order to cause minimal damage to my stomach?

I know this an unusual question. Yes, I need to know how to analyze
and calculate the nutrients in a diet. How do I do the math and figure
out what nutrients are too high and what's to low, what additional
supplements are needed for each meal/recipe? I
I'm trying to home cook for my dogs. I need to make sure each meal

The idea for not-a-diet trading cards began when we started looking for
a practical way to eat healthier. We knew that our less-than-ideal
eating habits were impacting our energy levels, our health, and how we
looked, and we were ready for change! But when we searched for a
healthy eating plan, we found nothing but restrictive diets that

I like your advice, I agree with you completely.
I'm doing physiotherapy right now and so i'm not allowed to work at the
moment. I usually consume 1 gram of protien for every pound I weigh to
build muscle strength, and my question is; now that I'm on downtime in
the gym, how much protien should I have to maintain my muscles?

I have found that simply paying attention to when you eat the majority
of your carbs, rather than eliminating all of them, will help you lose
weight. Hi all,
I just read about a recent study that compared the weights of people
between the age of 45 and 55 who practice yoga regularly and those who
don't. The study showed during those 10 mid0life years when people
usually gain weight, the ones who did yoga lost an average of 5 pounds
and the one who didn't gained an average of 15!
