Subject: Nutrition Labeling - Popcorn
I've noted this phenomenon on various brands of popcorn.

The bag contains one serving, but shows both unpopped and popped
nutrition.  So why are these different in terms of calories/content?

Unpopped
3 tablespoons
110 calories
20 calories from fat

Popped
3 cups
45 calories
0 calories from fat
