Hey All,

The Fall semesters begun and God's got big plans in store for Agape. We really have a heart to tell people about who God is, get to know each other more intimately, and share our lives with others. For those of you that don't know us we'd love to meet you. Please visit our website at www.agape.neu.edu for more information. Here's a rundown of what we're up to!

Thursday Nights
7:30 444 Curry Student Center
Agape this Thursday Night will be collaborative group planning and action time. What does that mean? That means we'll chat briefly about some part of Agape's mission statement, brainstorm creative ways to approach those goals, and then execute! This week we'll be talking about reaching freshman who are Christian, interested in spirituality, or those that are just looking for a great place to plug into.

Prayer on Thursday

7:15 444 Curry Student Center
We'll be prayer every Thursday 15 minutes before the meeting for the meeting. Prayer moves the heart of God, and changes us as well. We'll be praying for everyone we can think of who comes through our doors.

Prayer Weekly

6:00pm Monday and Wednesday 240 Curry Student Center
We'll be meeting in the Agape office to pray for each other, our campus, and the world around us. Please join us!

Lifegroups
Lifegroups are the bread and butter of Agape. They are small group bible studies, accountability/discipleship groups, and a place where you can connect on a deeper level with others in Agape. There are a range of groups ranging from 3-10 people for people at all stages of their spiritual journey. Contact me at cho...@neu.edu for information on joining a guys life group (most are on Tuesday night) or contact Andrea Lee le...@neu.edu for more info about joining a women's lifegroup.

Friday Night: Ultimate Frisbee or Capture the Flag.
6:00pm Marino Center Lobby
If you can handle the fun Agape will be hanging out having lots of it Friday nights. We'll play either capture the flag or ultimate frisbee and go out to eat afterward. Players of all skill levels are invited -- bring your friends.

Fall Retreat

Camp Brookwoods,Lake Winnepesaukee NH
October 2-4

Our fall retreat is a great way to get out of the city and focus on God! It's also a great time to get to know your peers in Agape and meet Christians from colleges and universities all over Boston. The retreat is hosted by Real Life Boston ( Think Campus Crusade for Christ's Boston Regional Office). For more info vist http://reallifeboston.com/fallretreat/.

As always, if you have any questions please email me.

In Christ,

Paul Chong
