Is that so that you can experience "this is the kind of treatment and

Powered up my CM this morning and noticed a problem, it would not connect.

So I gave the faults department and was told that because I had cancelled
and the Digital TV package that the CATV cable was disconnected at the
cabinet in the street, so I told her I need that for the CM, woman at NTL
couldn't undertand why I needed the CATV cable for the CableModem, doesn't
it plug into the Telephone socket she said.

Wasn't until a collegue pointed her in the right direction and now I have to
wait a week for an install team to come and reinstall me.

If this is the kind of treatment and incompetence I can come to expect from
NTL then just as well BT are increasing the ADSL installation rate.
