XML comments/documentation for intellisense

I notice there's a few methods without any XML documentation (eg. ones in SubstituteExtensions.cs)

Is that something that a pull request would be accepted for?

For public ones in the root namespace, sure! (i.e. not much point doing it for public stuff in NSubstitute.Core that is not designed to be part of the stable API)

For public stuff that you dont want people to use perhaps use  [EditorBrowsable(EditorBrowsableState.Advanced)].??
