TV, Land Phones & Internet Providers

I live in The Halifax NS area.

I have a package with Eastlink and I truly appreciate the speed
downloading, however the cost has gone through the roof., $240.00 per month.

I am looking for advice as to other providers for all three services, as
a bundle or separately.

I am NOT interest in Aliant Internet service.

Any comments re receiving TV via dish would be welcome.
