Hi to all,

I want to know the default range of a wifi node? I see on the yans-wifi-phy.cc, the "TxPowerStart" and "RxPowerStart" fixed to 16.0206 dBm how can i conclude the range of the node from these attributes

Offhand, I do not know how to easily derive the range from looking at
default attribute values, since there are a lot of factors in play. It
also depends on how you define "range".

Although the example code may be a little stale, i suggest reading Joe
Kopena's example where he studied this problem:
