11/12 additions and Pipestem birds for today

I had to get back to work yesterday and called in reinforcements to check the birds on Bluestone Lake. Margaret & Bill Hank of Hinton came out and located 17 cormorants, 45 buffleheads and 28 scaup species that I had missed.

Today, I had 11 red-tailed hawks fly past the tower in Pipestem S.P. heading southwest. Also, had purple finches at the nature center feeder and a bald eagle flew over the nature center at about 3:30. I wonder if I should start putting fish out in the feeders? Or, maybe a deer carcass? Ok. Maybe that is too much of an Adams Family scene.
