Condemn killing and repression of people in Iran
Stand up for solidarity with the people of Iran, who are courageously opposing the increasingly severe attacks by the Islamic Republic against the pro-democracy movement!
Stand up for the Iranian people’s struggles for basic democratic and human rights!
The situation in Iran has become especially critical in the last several days. The Islamic Republic has violently attacked thousands of demonstrators, jailing hundreds and killing over a dozen. An attack on freedom of speech, expression, and protest in one country is an attack on freedom of speech, expression and
protest in every country!
Join us in this demonstration to show our solidarity with the people of Iran who are struggling for freedom, democracy, and self-determination.
We condemn the violation of basic civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights in Iran and demand:
1. Political repression, torture and execution must be stopped.
2. Immediate freedom of all arrested protesters and political prisoners.
3. Unconditioned civil liberties such as freedoms of expression, assembly and organization must be respected.
4. A free, democratic, just and equitable society in Iran with complete separation of state and religion and full equality between all people including women and
men, workers and all other oppressed group.
