HTTP Status 500 loging into VO

I've read TID 3031146 regarding VO HTTP Status 500 error and did what it recommended: 1. Open the SYS:\system\autoexec.ncf 2. Search for the "Load PSA" statement or "PSA" line. 3. Comment out the line by placing a pound sign ('#') in front of the load line for PSA. 4. Restart the server. Unfortunately, I still get the error. I'm able to see the login page... more »

netstorage through VO prompts for username\pass

When this problem occurs, you can usually clear it by doing the following for each person experiencing this problem: 1. Open ConsoleOne. 2. Go to the "Other" tab. 3. Find and delete the xTier-iFolderPassphrase attribute. 4. Have the person relog into Virtual Office and enter their Passphrase to re-establish thier connection to NetStorage.... more »
