I'm testing out SLED 10 and am perplexed about cursor inconsistencies.
By default it appear that SLED uses the plain white Industrial cursor.
I changed this the typical way, Computer | Control Center | Mouse |
Cursors tab, and then selected an alternate Cursor Theme.

Oddly, the theme only changes partially. For instance, mouse over
anything in Firefox and you will have the alternate pointer, etc. Mouse
over to your desktop or gnome (nautilus) window and the cursor is back
to Industrial. Hover over an icon on the desktop and it uses the
alternate theme. This is nuts. I haven't had this issue with other
distributions. Any thoughts on how to regain consistency with an
alternate mouse/cursor theme?

and post to one of the newly created SLED groups.
