Unable to install printer

I have a customer that is having issues installing either iPrint printers
or NDPS printers.

If they install them as NDPS Printers they get this
error: Windows cannot connect to the printer. Operation could not be
completed.

If they install them as iPrint Printers they get this error:
The image files %1 is valid, but is for a machine type other than the
current machine.

If I am vpn'd into their system, my workstation will install both the NDPS
and iPrint printer correctly with no errors.

Does anyone have any ideas?
