login is not correct

All of a sudden users are logging in, and get
a "your login is not current, Please login again"
going into webaccess. At times, I can get in,
read a message or two, then start getting the
error. I have found some TIDs on the subject, but
only for GW5.5 and Gw5.5 EP. Anyone else having
this problem?

we had this problem too. there are some points to check:
- there is a setting (in WEBACC and all other agents-- look around for it)
called "use client ip in securing session" this is enabled by defailt.
Disable it and it should work.
- if your WEBACC is on a different Server, check the links to the
postoffice

Thanks Dave,
with GW6 you have this setting in ConsoleOne. We found this to late for
corrections in final code.
