why plugin is not visible, when i install iManager?

Hi everyone,

Here has a very strange issue need to help.Normally after i installed
eDirectory, i build a tree name idm-tree, server content:
ou=services.ou=locationname.o=companyname. then install iManger, everythig
is fine.
But if i change the server content like this
ou=services.dc=locationname.dc=companyname. then install iManger,problem
come out...log on iManager went to configure page, there are just two
tab:Role Based Services,iManager server .there no any more plug-in iManger
tab like before.
Hope some one can kindly give some solution.
