The weather has turned nice again and it's time to get the Lazer Tag fired back up! I'm planning to host a Lazer Tag game at my house on Saturday, May 5th, from 2:00 to 5:00 pm. Game play takes place in a mixture of grass and woods. I usually wear shorts, but the more hard-core players might prefer pants. ;-) Although the play area is almost completely shaded, I expect it will be hot, so bring water with you!
For those who haven't played this variety of Lazer Tag before, it's the Hasbro Lazer Tag Team Ops brand - there is no clunky vest or helmet; you just have one hand-held tagger and that's it. It takes care of the rest.
In case of inclement weather, I'll send an email out if plans have to change. You can also feel free to contact me via e-mail. My address is 14151 Walton Dr, Manassas, VA 20112. Park in the driveway or on the shoulder.
Cheers, -Sean P.S.> You can subscribe the Google group novalt@googlegroups.com for more info.
The previous weekend (April 28-29) I will be taking The Chaos Machine (my Very Large Automated Marble Machine) to the USA Science and Engineering Festival (http://www.usasciencefestival.org/). It's free, family-friendly, pro-STEM, and there are lots of cool guests, speakers, events, and exhibits, including Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman from Mythbusters, and Bill Nye the Science Guy.

> Sorry it has taken me so long to get to you on this one, but we were waiting on some plans to be finalized for this weekend. Courtney and I would love to play if there is still room, and we also have Chad coming up this weekend if there is room for him to join as well. If there is not enough equipment we understand. Let me know if it all sounds good and we hope to see you on Saturday!

Just a reminder about Lazer Tag this Saturday! There's some chance of
rain, but I'm not too worried about it. In the past whenever it's been
iffy, it's always turned out to be pretty nice. Even if it rains in the
morning, it would be fine if it's stopped by the afternoon. There are
indoor options, too, just in case. ;-)
