As you already know, the Nottingham Hackspace Annual General Meeting (AGM) is on Thursday at 7pm. If you are a current member, please make all effort to attend - we require 35 members to be quorate. Without quorum we will not be able to do anything, including electing trustees.
As part of the business of the AGM, I am proposing a special resolution to change all elections to electronic. You can see the text of the proposed changes here:

If you have any comments, suggestions or complaints, please post them here and we can keep the AGM as short as possible!

Is SINGLE TRANSFERABLE VOTE correct?
If one post is up for elections, yes, then this works OK
If SEVERAL posts, how does STV apply?
