Hi - I notice the same or a similar problem for the Galaxy SIII (GT-I9300). The "OK" button is disabled and clicking the "Create New Folder" button leads to an error message stating that folders can not be created here. By default there are two folders available, "Data" and "Media", but these also cannot be selected and do not allow new folders to be created. I too would appreciate some help here. Regards, Marc

Hi, 

unfortunately newer Android devices are no longer acting as mass storage devices, but rather as MTP devices (a different way to communicate with the computer). Notpod currently does not support MTP, but may at some point in the future.

Wish this would have been noted somewhere on the website so that I wouldnt have wasted my time downloading and attempted setup

Let me second that opinion. If this is indeed the case,I have the exact same scenario, then fcuk you "notpod" for wasting my time.

Same here. Downloaded notpod as I thought this was THE way to sync itunes with my phone.
Now turns out to be an unnecessary download.
