Incremental syncs? Sync whole library?

Once Notpod has performed its initial sync, will subsequent syncs only include new songs added to the sync playlist?

Is it possible for Notpod to sync my whole iTunes library, and not just a playlist?  (I would prefer not adding newly-purchased songs to a playlist every time I want to sync.)
